AIBE 20 Eligibility and Age Limit 

Educational Qualification: 

  • Candidates must possess an LLB degree (3-year or 5-year program) from any university recognized by the Bar Council of India. 

Enrollment Requirement: 

  • Must be enrolled as an advocate with any State Bar Council. 

Final Year Students: 

  • Final-year LLB students without any backlogs are eligible to apply for AIBE 20. 

Age Limit: 

  • Minimum Age: 21 years at the time of examination 
  • Maximum Age: No upper age limit 

Important Points: 

  • Candidates already practicing law without clearing AIBE are required to pass this examination
