Educational Qualification
- Degree in Law from a recognized Indian University or its equivalent as declared by the Government.

- Minimum: 21 years

Exam Pattern Highlights:
- The duration for each Paper shall be of 3 hours.
- 40% in each paper shall be pass marks for the exam.
- Provided that the percentage fixed as above shall be relaxed by 5% for the candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes.
- Senior Secondary Level will be the standard of the language paper.
- The pattern of question paper will be Objective Type.
- There shall be 150 question for each paper.
- There shall be negative marking. 1/3 marks shall be deducted for each wrong answer.

- शब्द रचना सन्धि एवं सन्धि विच्छेद, समास, उपसर्ग, प्रत्यय ।
- शब्द प्रकारः
- (क) तत्सम, अर्द्धतत्सम,तद्भव, देशज, विदेशी।
- (ख) संज्ञा, सर्वनाम, विशेषण, क्रिया, अव्यय (क्रिया विशेषण,सम्बन्ध सूचक, विस्मयबोधक, निपात)
- शब्द ज्ञान: पर्यायवाची, विलोम, शब्द युग्मों का अर्थ भेद, वाक्यांश के लिए सार्थक शब्द, समश्रुत भिन्नार्थक शब्द, समानार्थी शब्दों का विवेक, उपयुक्त शब्द चयन, सम्बन्धवाची शब्दावाली।

What is the Application Process for Rajasthan JLO?
- Application Mode: Online only via RPSC website or SSO portal

- One Time Registration (OTR) is mandatory

What are Steps to Apply Online for Rajasthan JLO?
- Accessing the Application Form:
Candidates can apply online either by clicking the Apply Online link on the RPSC website (https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in) or by logging in through the SSO portal (https://sso.rajasthan.gov.in) and selecting the Recruitment Portal under Citizen Apps (G2C). - One Time Registration (OTR):
- Candidates applying for the first time must complete One Time Registration (OTR).
- Mandatory details for OTR include: candidate’s name, father’s name, date of birth, gender, secondary/equivalent exam details, and Aadhaar card information.
- Required documents must be uploaded during OTR.
- Candidates Already Registered for OTR:
- Those who have previously completed OTR can log in to the SSO portal and apply using their OTR number.
- Important Note on OTR Details:
- After OTR is completed, no changes can be made to the candidate’s name, father’s name, date of birth, gender, secondary/equivalent exam details, or Aadhaar card information.
- Candidates must ensure that all entries match their academic and Aadhaar records before completing OTR.
- Any discrepancy should be corrected in the Aadhaar or SSO profile before submitting OTR and the online application.
- Aadhaar Verification:
- Candidates should verify that their Aadhaar card correctly displays their name, father’s name, date of birth, and gender.
- If the photograph on the Aadhaar card is more than three years old, it should be updated before applying online, as the photo on the admit card will be matched with the Aadhaar photo.
- Uploading Photograph and Signature:
- Candidates must upload a live photograph and scan of signature and left-hand thumb impression while submitting the online application.
- The thumb impression will also be verified on the attendance sheet during the examination.
- Candidates must bring a recent photograph to the exam center for verification.
- Scribe Assistance for PWD Candidates:
- Candidates requiring a scribe must select this option in the online application form.
- If not selected, scribe assistance will not be provided during the examination.
- Educational Qualifications and Experience:
- All educational qualifications and experience acquired up to the last date of application must be accurately filled in the online form.
- Application Number Confirmation:
- After submission, an Application Number will be generated.
- If no application number is received, it means the application was not successfully submitted.
- Previewing the form does not constitute submission.
- Technical Assistance:
- For any issues during the application process, candidates can contact the Recruitment Portal Helpdesk via the given phone numbers or email.
- Category Selection:
- Candidates must apply under the category for which they are eligible.
- Providing false information or concealing facts may result in disqualification and action under the rules.
- Caste/Category Clarification:
- Creamy layer candidates of backward classes in Rajasthan and candidates from other states’ SC/ST/OBC/EWS categories should apply under the General category.
