Day 3 — 16th March: BSA + Constitution Rapid Revision
- BSA (3–4 hours):
- Revise Relevancy (Chapter II, Sections 3–50) — can yield 10–12 questions alone.
- Revise Burden of Proof and Witnesses.
- Mastering these three topics can fetch 18 out of 20 BSA marks
- Constitution of India (2 hours):
- Revise Fundamental Rights (Articles 12–35) — 5–6 questions expected.
- Revise Preamble (typically 1 question), DPSP, President, Governor, Supreme Court, High Courts.
- Focus specifically on the 105th and 106th Constitutional Amendments.
- Solve 80+ MCQs combining both subjects.
Day 4 — 17th March: UP Police Act + General Knowledge
- UP Police Act (2–3 hours):
- Complete a full reading of the Act and its Rules.
- Solve all related MCQs — this is a concise Act and very scorable.
- General Knowledge (4–5 hours):
- Focus on current affairs of the last 8–10 months.
- Priority areas:
- National Appointments (most important).
- UP-specific news and major events.
- Recent landmark Supreme Court judgments.
- Latest Constitutional Amendments.
- Avoid deep static GK at this stage — focus on high-probability current events.
Day 5 — 18th March: Full-Length Mock Test + Error Analysis
- Attempt a full-length timed mock test (Paper I + Paper II) under strict exam conditions.
- Allocate time as you would in the actual exam.
- After the test:
- Analyse every incorrect answer.
- Immediately refer back to the relevant Bare Act section for any doubtful question.
- Note recurring weak areas for Day 6 revision.
- Target: 200+ MCQs including the mock test.
- Evening: Light revision of keywords and definitions from Bare Acts.
Day 6 — 19th March: Targeted Weak Area Revision + PYQs
- Dedicate the morning to whichever subject showed weakness in Day 5's mock test.

Day 7 — 20th March: Light Revision + Exam Logistics
- Morning: Very light revision only — Bare Act keywords, important section numbers, constitutional articles.
- Do not attempt new mock tests or heavy reading.
- Verify admit card details:
- Candidate name, roll number, exam centre address.
- Carry a printed copy + valid photo ID (Aadhaar/PAN/Voter ID).
- Note reporting time — reach the centre at least 30 minutes early.
- Keep stationery ready (black/blue ballpoint pen, pencil if required).
- Sleep by 10:00 PM — adequate rest is non-negotiable for cognitive performance.
21st March — Day Before Exam
- No new study; only passive revision (glancing at notes, keywords).
- Eat light and stay hydrated.
- Reconfirm exam centre location and route.
- Sleep early — aim for 7–8 hours.
Exam Day — 22nd March: Key Reminders
- Carry: Admit Card + Valid Photo ID (mandatory).
- Attempt Law paper strategically — start with your strongest subject.
- Do not spend excessive time on a single question; mark and move.
- Negative marking rules, if any, must be kept in mind before guessing.
- Manage time: Paper I (50 marks GK) should not eat into Paper II time.
Common Mistakes to Avoid in the Last 7 Days
- Starting Mains preparation or studying new topics — strictly avoid.
- Switching to new books or new sources — continuity is key.
- Skipping MCQ practice and only reading Bare Acts — the prelims is objective; MCQs are the real test.
- Ignoring the UP Police Act as "small" — at 15 marks, it is very scorable.
- Neglecting sleep in the final two days — fatigue directly hits recall and accuracy.
Final Tip
These 7 days are not about learning more — they are about losing less. Every revised section, every MCQ analysed, and every doubtful point clarified in the Bare Act is a mark protected. Stay consistent, stay calm, and trust your preparation.
